The following policies are to be agreed upon by all guests of Willow Ledge Retreat and/or Hosta Haven Retreat. Upon deposit, all guests are assumed to have read and agreed to all policies as stated below:

• A deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve your stay at Willow Ledge Retreat or Hosta Haven Retreat. Your reservation will be held for 10 days to give you time to mail your deposit.  This safety deposit will be fully refunded within a week upon completion of your stay.

• All balances are due 30 days prior to the retreat date.  If the balance is not received, the reservation will be cancelled and the reservation deposit will be forfeited. Rates are subject to change without notice.

• All balances should be made payable to:   Willow Ledge Retreat, LLC W4099 Kiekhaefer Pkwy Fond du Lac WI 54937

• All returned checks will be charged a $25.00 fee.

• Willow Ledge Retreat or Hosta Haven Retreat is not responsible or liable for any items that are damaged or lost during your stay.  If we find any items left behind, we will contact the group leader.

• If something gets broken or is in need of repair, please contact us so we can have it taken care of as soon as possible. However, you will be responsible for any excessive damage to the property that occurs during your stay.  An itemized list of damages and an invoice for the repairs will be sent to the group leader, and the safety deposit will be held until all damages are paid.

• Willow Ledge Retreat will correspond with the group leader via email and/or phone with confirmation of date, receipt of deposit, receipt of payment and details of your stay.

• Reservations cancelled more than 90 days in advance of the retreat date are entitled to a full refund.  Reservations cancelled with between 30-90 days’ notice will forfeit the $200 deposit payment, unless a replacement booking is found. If a replacement is found, we will gladly apply your deposit payment to a future retreat date within the next 6 months. Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice will forfeit full payment unless a replacement is found. If a replacement is found, we will gladly apply your full payment to a future retreat date within the next six months.

• Willow Ledge Retreat and Hosta Haven Retreat are non-smoking and pet-free facilities. There will be buckets with sand provided to safely deposit cigarette butts.

• No spray adhesives are permitted indoors. Dying fabrics in the washing machine is not permitted.  Please do not use the kitchen including pans, utensils, stove or sink for craft projects (wax, oils, dyes).  Kitchen is for guests to cook food only. 

• A list of guests and their phone# or email will be provided before stay.  (Insurance requirement)
